  • If you see the "Connection not established" message, please make sure your phone and PC are connected to the same network (for example, to your home router). Then restart Stepl on your PC and scan the QR code again.

    If you switched between your home networks recently, please restart Stepl on your PC.

    Also make sure there's no other open Stepl process in the task manager, and your phone and PC have a good Wi-Fi signal/reception. 🚴🏂🤸
